Retail Super-App Platform
Architected and delivered a high-load quick-survey system under tight deadlines and built a micro-frontends architecture inside a retail super-app, enabling independent deployment and scaling of features. Added a real-time WebSocket chat-bot module and strengthened the Node.js BFF layer.
Document Management Platform
Modernized the architecture of a large-scale document management platform and optimized Webpack builds. Reduced backend load by improving the BFF layer with request caching, and accelerated delivery via Docker-cached CI/CD, shared component libraries and frontend code generation.
